ROF download and installation instructions

- Click here to initiate the ROF download

- Verify the save this program to disk option is selected, click OK

- In the next box be sure desktop is showing in the option box, click save ( download will begin )

- When download finishes, go to your desktop look for a file named setup, double click to begin installation of ROF

- ROF & pickup utility setup install options begin starts

- ROF automatically setups up everything on your computer, click FINISH when the option appears

- Could not locate your profile wizard appears, click OK

- Fill out all information asked exactly as you want it to appear on your order form for every time you wish to send a job,

click NEXT ( 1 time only process )

- Continue to fill out company & contact info, click FINISH

- You have finished installing Toledo Blue Print's Repro Order Form & Pick-up utility, to use this program, simply double click the ROF icon that will appear in the lower right hand corner of your PC. Any question or concerns feel free to call us at 419-661-9841

NOTE: Some networks are configured to allow only users with administrative privileges to install programs on their network. Contact your network administrator in the case your permission level doesn't meet the required level for installing ROF.

Sending a job using ROF

As a service to our customers, we will post a step by step on how to use the ROF software

1) Double click the ROF icon in the lower right hand corner of your PC

2) Fill out all fields with an asterisk as well as others if there are special instructions for your job (ex.. print on vellum, edge bind etc.)

3) If you are sending files electronically, click Attach Files button and browse to the location on your PC where they are held

4) When all information is typed click SUBMIT (NOTE: clicking DONE will NOT send the order)

5) The pickup request box shows up, if you need a pickup with your order click yes, if no pickup is needed click no
