What is your minimum order?
For cash transactions there is no minimum order. The house charge account minimum is $7.50 per transaction. The minimum transaction charge for orders for pick up and delivery is $15.00 along with no delivery fee.

Can you deliver my order?
Yes we can. It's that simple. Wherever you are. We can also ship Nationwide.

How soon can I get it?
That all depends on the work load. If it is an over-the-counter order, it can take from a couple of moments up to half an hour depending on the orders placed prior to yours. For pick up and delivery orders it can range from one hour to several days depending on the size of the job.

Can I wait for the order?
Yes, depending on the size and intricacy of the order. We do wait jobs all day long.

Do you offer traditional blueline / blackline Diazo printing?
Toledo Blue has made a transition completely away from the traditional Diazo printing process. This process required translucent originals such as sepia, vellum, or mylars. Additionally, the process used ammonia vapor to develop the prints leaving behind a pungent, unpleasant aroma embedded in the paper. Toledo Blue has chosen to offer their clients a far superior method of reproducing their wide format drawings with the use of our multi-function digital printers. This method does not require translucent originals and offers the ability to copy from virtually any paper document. The bond output of these state-of-the-art printers are clean, precise, and odor-free. Since the image of the original document is completely digitized, we are able to improve the finished output of older, poor quality originals. Production time is about the same for both processes, but in many case, longer run print jobs can be accomplished in a sorter time using the Digital Printing method. Even though it is slightly more expensive than Diazo printing, Digital Printing offers a far better finished product with longer life of the prints, and NO UNPLEASANT AROMA!

What is your standard turn around time?
When do you need it? We have very few standard turn around times. Mounting & Laminating, and Color CAD Plots require min 24 hour turn around. These are only standard lead times and in most cases we can accommodate your special time requirements.

Can you make prints from blueprints?
Absolutely! Because of our large-format digital scanners, we can reproduce virtually any paper document without the need for expensive translucent intermediates (vellums). Bond sets can be printed directly from bluelines with the same or better quality than the original.

Do you make xerox copies?
Yes, we have a full featured copying and duplicating department.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA, Master Card and Discover.

What are your regular hours?
Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Do you accept corporate purchase orders?
Yes, we generally like to establish a credit account prior to the completion of the first order and the issuance of an invoice. If you are not sure if your account is already established, please call our office and ask one of the customer service personnel to check for you.

What’s the biggest xerographic copy you can make?
36 inches X 20 feet or longer (single panel).

Are you open on Saturday?
Special request orders may be scheduled to be run on a Saturday, if arrangements are made in advance. Please call ahead.
